These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sophia Costa Studio website and your purchase of our digital products. By using our site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
What we sell
Sophia Costa Studio sells digital products — such as downloadable kits, templates, and scripts — delivered electronically. Because they are digital, there is nothing shipped to you; you receive access to download the files after purchase.
Purchases and payment
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, our payment and delivery provider. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. When you complete a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's own terms as they apply to the transaction. You are responsible for providing a valid email address so we can deliver your product.
Refund policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us at hello@sophiacostastudio.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will issue a refund. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we ask that refund requests be made in good faith.
License and permitted use
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business and content. You may adapt the templates and scripts for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repackage the materials — in whole or in part — or claim them as your own product for sale to others.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and within our products — including text, designs, templates, scripts, images, and the Sophia Costa avatar and brand — is owned by Sophia Costa Studio and protected by applicable laws. Your purchase grants a license to use the materials as described above; it does not transfer ownership.
The "Ask Sophia" assistant
Our site includes an AI assistant ("Ask Sophia") to answer common questions. Its responses are generated automatically, may not always be accurate or complete, and are provided for general information only. They are not a substitute for professional advice, and nothing it says forms a binding commitment on our part.
No guarantees
Our products are educational tools. We share strategies and templates that have worked for us, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular result, income, or outcome from using them. Your results depend on your own effort, market, and many factors outside our control.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our site and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sophia Costa Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
